How Global Voyage Ventures handles information submitted through its corporate website.
Information we collect
The corporate contact form collects your name, work email, organization when supplied, inquiry category, and message. Do not include payment details, account credentials, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to route and respond to the inquiry, protect the form from abuse, and maintain operational security. GVV does not use this form to create a FareFinderHub customer profile.
Retention and access
Contact inquiries are intended to be deleted within 90 days after the response is complete unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship or legal obligation. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond.
Service boundaries
FareFinderHub customer identity, preferences, subscriptions, and billing remain inside the FareFinderHub service boundary and are governed by that brand's privacy notice.
